31.03.2021. - Pácsony

The first modification of the current timetable will take effect from 11th April. It brings a lot of changes, especially in West Hungary.

The four pairs of semi-fast trains between Szombathely and Pécs will be replaced by a new brand, called Pannónia InterRegio. These IR trains will drive every second hour between the two cities, making way more connections then nowadays.

The sad thing in this new system is that these trains will be operating with Desiro DMU's.

It means, that the classical loc and wagon compiled trains will disappear from this iconic railway line.

On the picture the train 8904 is leaving Pácsony station, hauled by the repainted M41 2308.

Swirling reversed Helios 44-2, I really love what this simple modification does.

Ok, modifications have been made :)

I quite like it now actually lol

Yes I left the part where the stock and grip connect unblended on purpose, it looked odd blended.

Someone made unusual modifications to this abandoned, or ghost, ship.

A piece of curved, reinforced sheet metal has been permanently attached to the front of the vessel's pilot house. This is not normal as it would completely block the crew's view and make it impossible to steer the vessel safely from within the pilot house. Photos elsewhere taken from the other side of the boat show that the barrier does not extend as far around the starboard (right) side of the pilot house.

Also, metal bars that run from just below the roof of the pilot house to the top of the railing seem to prop up the port (left) side of the pilot house. This is not a normal feature of modern naval architectural architecture. Among other things, the row of metal bars would get in the way of people wanting to walk along the port side of the boat.

I can describe the modifications but I'm at a loss to explain them.

06.08.2020. - Nagycenk

On this shot the train 8902 (Sopron - Pécs) is passing by a new overpass shortly after the village of Nagycenk. After the modification of the timetable this train will be cut. On the northern part - Sopron-Szombathely - it will be replaced with a FLIRT EMU, and in Szombathely you'll be forced to change to the previously mentioned Pannónia IR.

With this decision the last locomotive towed local train will disappear from the GySEV lines.

I was actually planning on attaching this to an M4, but it turned out to be too short.

Inspired by someone over on the BAF, still trying to find who though.

Fenway Park is a baseball stadium located in Boston, Massachusetts, less than one mile from Kenmore Square. Since 1912, it has been the ballpark of Major League Baseball's (MLB) Boston Red Sox. While the stadium was built in 1912, it was substantially rebuilt in 1934, and underwent major renovations and modifications in the 21st century. It is the oldest active ballpark in MLB. Because of its age and constrained location in Boston's dense Fenway–Kenmore neighborhood, the park has many quirky features, including "The Triangle", Pesky's Pole, and the Green Monster in left field. It is the fifth-smallest among MLB ballparks by seating capacity, second-smallest by total capacity, and one of nine that cannot accommodate at least 40,000 spectators.

Fenway has hosted the World Series 11 times, with the Red Sox winning six of them and the Boston Braves winning one. Besides baseball games, it has also been the site of many other sporting and cultural events including professional football games for the Boston Redskins, Boston Yanks, and the Boston Patriots; concerts; soccer and hockey games (such as the 2010 NHL Winter Classic); and political and religious campaigns.

On March 7, 2012 (Fenway's centennial year), the park was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It is a landmark at the end of the Boston Irish heritage trail. Former pitcher Bill Lee has called Fenway Park "a shrine". It is a pending Boston Landmark, which will regulate any further changes to the park. The ballpark is considered to be one of the most well-known sports venues in the world and a symbol of Boston.

In 1911, while the Red Sox were still playing on Huntington Avenue Grounds, owner John I. Taylor purchased the land bordered by Brookline Avenue, Jersey Street, Van Ness Street and Lansdowne Street and developed it into a larger baseball stadium known as Fenway Park. Taylor claimed the name Fenway Park came from its location in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston, which was partially created late in the nineteenth century by filling in marshland or "fens", to create the Back Bay Fens urban park. However, given that Taylor's family also owned the Fenway Realty Company, the promotional value of the naming at the time has been cited as well.

Like many classic ballparks, Fenway Park was constructed on an asymmetrical block, with consequent asymmetry in its field dimensions. The park was designed by architect James E. McLaughlin, and the General Contractor was the Charles Logue Building Company.

The first game was played April 20, 1912, with mayor John F. Fitzgerald throwing out the first pitch and Boston defeating the New York Highlanders, 7–6 in 11 innings. Newspaper coverage of the opening was overshadowed by continuing coverage of the Titanic sinking five days earlier.

In June 1919, a rally supporting Irish Independence turned out nearly 50,000 supporters to see the President of the Irish Republic, Éamon de Valera, and was allegedly the largest crowd ever in the ballpark.

The park's address was originally 24 Jersey Street. In 1977, the section of Jersey Street nearest the park was renamed Yawkey Way in honor of longtime Red Sox owner Tom Yawkey, and the park's address was 4 Yawkey Way until 2018, when the street's name was reverted to Jersey Street in light of current Red Sox ownership distancing itself from Mr. Yawkey due to his history of racism (the Red Sox were the last team in Major League Baseball to integrate). The address is now 4 Jersey Street.

I know this is the same idea as Black Ops 2's PDW57. I had the same idea a couple of weeks before the release of Blops 2.

Bristol Freighter MK21E A81-1

Originally in service with the British Ministry of Supply as G-AIMI, and the RAF as WB482, the aircraft was transferred to the RAAF in April 1949, and upon arrival was re-numbered A81-1 and allotted to the Aircraft Research and Development Unit for testing. In May 1949, the aircraft served briefly with No 34 Squadron before being used to transport troops in July 1949 to relieve the coalfields strike. In May 1950 the aircraft returned to No 34 Squadron, after incorporation of modifications at No 1 Aircraft Depot. In October and December, engine problems caused A81-1 to make forced landings at Woomera and Mallala respectively, but little damage occurred. After major repairs and reconditioning in the second half of 1952, the aircraft was returned to No 34 Squadron, and in May made yet another forced landing at Woomera due to engine problems.

In October 1955, A81-1 was allotted to the Edinburgh Air Trials Unit for use by their Woomera Detachment. In early 1956, the aircraft made two more forced landings at Ceduna and Eyatts Field, with more engine problems, and was serviced at Bristol Co. at Bankstown that November. In March 1957, the aircraft returned to the Air Trials Unit. Further engine problems caused an emergency landing at Mt Isa in January 1958 and an inflight engine fire in May 1958. In June 1960, the aircraft was transferred to No 2 Air Trials Unit, and was stored at Edinburgh from July 1961.

In 1967, the aircraft was sold to Air Express, and subsequently flown to Archerfield for resale to Jetair Australia in August 1969. A81-1 was registered VH-SJG in February 1970, and flew charters until the end of the year, when the aircraft was sold back to Air Express, doing freight runs to Tasmania, Queensland and Papua New Guinea. The aircraft flew its last freight run on 1 July 1978, after which it was sold to Malcolm Long, and ferried to Point Cook for restoration and repainting into RAAF colours. Flown to Coolangatta in 1980, A81-1 was displayed at the Chewing Gum Field Air Museum before being gifted to the RAAF in 1988. Upon its arrival at Point Cook, the aircraft was repainted by members of the 'Friends of the RAAF Museum', and put on static display at the RAAF Museum.

Well he is kinda finished. I see a lot of things I could've done better. But I will alter him when I have time again.

I will sand his eyes a tad better for example. They are a tad bit grainy now. So it needs to be smoother.

But in the end I am happy with the result. He is the little snarling guy I wanted him to be, haha.

Fun project ^^
